By accessing or using the CasaFlow platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
CasaFlow is a cloud-based property management platform operated by CasaFlow Pty Ltd (ABN pending), a company incorporated in Queensland, Australia. The Service is designed for use by Australian real estate agencies and their staff.
Access to CasaFlow is granted to agencies and their authorised staff members. Your account credentials are personal to you and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
CasaFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in unauthorised use, or where required by law.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all data you input into CasaFlow. You grant CasaFlow a limited licence to store, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
CasaFlow offers an optional integration with Google Gmail. By connecting your Gmail account, you authorise CasaFlow to access email metadata (subject lines, sender and recipient addresses, snippets, and timestamps) for the purpose of displaying email activity within the platform.
CasaFlow's use of Google user data is limited to the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is never used for advertising or to train AI models.
The CasaFlow platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by CasaFlow Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use CasaFlow's name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
CasaFlow aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects access. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, CasaFlow Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the resupply of the service or the cost of having the service resupplied.
CasaFlow is designed to assist agencies in meeting their obligations under Queensland real estate legislation, including the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (Qld), the Agents Financial Administration Act 2014 (Qld), and the Property Occupations Act 2014 (Qld). However, CasaFlow does not provide legal or accounting advice. You remain responsible for ensuring your agency's compliance with all applicable laws.
Either party may terminate the Service relationship by providing written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Data retention following termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify agency administrators by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
